Shacke does great pride in all our products and we put our money where our mouth is by offering all our products a Lifetime Warranty. Should your Shacke product be damaged or defective through normal wear and tear, we will replace it absolutely free.

Please contact us to submit a warranty request. All warranties are approved by a case by case basis and we may required further verification which may include sending us photos of the defective product.
